Help and Advice

  1. Can we invite additional guests over  overnight?

Yes of course, just contact us via email or mobile, the cost is £20 per guest per night.

2. Do you provide linens and towels, or should we bring our own?

3. Does the property have Wi-Fi, and if so, what’s the speed?

Yes we provide 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest which will be refreshed for guests  who stay for 1 week or more

Yes we have wifi, the speed is 50mbps

4. Is there a workspace with a desk suitable for remote work?

Yes all our properties have a desk and monitor?

5. Is parking available on the property, and is there an additional cost?

Yes we have parking at all our properties subject to availability, please advise us on booking.

There is no additional cost.

6. Is there a policy for lost keys?

Yes a replacement key costs £10

7. How are the noise levels in the neighbourhood, especially at night?

Even though our apartments are city centre, they are fitted with new double glazed windows ensuring noise levels are very low.  

8. Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

The minimum stay is 2 nights, however there maybe exceptions for last minute bookings. There is no maximum stay.

9. Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking meals?

Yes all our apartments are fully equipped for home cooking, extras include, salt, pepper, cooking oil. 

10. Are there any amenities for children, such as a travel cot or high chair?

Our apartments are suitable for children, however we don't provide a travel cot or high chair. However if you have any questions in relation to the apartment suitability for children, please contact us.
